I have had the SE 370 for about 8 months and have used it 9 times, including two 10-mile trips & an overnight camping trip. On the camping trip, we took a tent, 2 sleeping bags, a small stove, food, and extras. Those items were lashed to the show full review ▼ boat.

Some positives:

-When inflated, I can carry the boat, paddle, seat, & fishing gear 100 yards to the input.

-The carrying bag quality is excellent.

-The bow and stern sections have ropes (on skirts) that permit gear to be lashed.

-One-way valves are great.

-The rear skegs help!

A couple of negatives:

- If you need to transport the boat *in the bag* for a distance (0.5 miles), then the bag strap is not so useful. The padding is too little to provide cushioning, and the strap itself is not positioned well.

-In the setup, getting the white retainer ring (O-ring) to fit over the valve base was challenging. I had to use pliers to stretch the rings out, and then it was still tricky (my fingers hurt).

Overall, I am happy, and the boat has performed well.

I purchased the SE 370 in July 2018 and was so happy with it that my husband and I then purchased the SE 330 a few months later.

We were looking for something that we can do together and we both enjoy. We always enjoy packing a picnic lunch and spending the day

out on the water. We enjoy kayaking down the local river and around the state parks of the area. Almost every time we get asked "Where

did you get it from?" or "How do you like it?" We're always glad to say SeaEagle.com. It inflates quickly, is very stable and does not take up

much room for storage. It fits in the back of the trunk. We are very happy with our SeaEagle and look forward to more adventures out on

the water. Happy kayaking : )

Purchasing this kayak has been an incredibly frustrating experience. I would love to be able review it, but I can't because the kayak is unusable. After purchasing the SE 370, it arrived at our doorstep without any of the valves. Despite repeatedly calling and emailing Sea Eagle's customer service multiple times over the last month, no one has responded. My calls are sent to a voicemail saying they are overwhelmed with calls, and my emails must fall into a black abyss. While I certainly understand being overwhelmed right now, it should not take almost a month (and counting!) to respond to customers who have unusable products they have paid over $400 for. I have never left a negative product review before but I am beyond frustrated. We had promised our kids a kayaking trip this summer and summer is slipping away. In short, I'm very, very disappointed.
