show full review ▼Purchasing this kayak has been an incredibly frustrating experience. I would love to be able review it, but I can't because the kayak is unusable. After purchasing the SE 370, it arrived at our doorstep without any of the valves. Despite repeatedly calling and emailing Sea Eagle's customer service multiple times over the last month, no one has responded. My calls are sent to a voicemail saying they are overwhelmed with calls, and my emails must fall into a black abyss. While I certainly understand being overwhelmed right now, it should not take almost a month (and counting!) to respond to customers who have unusable products they have paid over $400 for. I have never left a negative product review before but I am beyond frustrated. We had promised our kids a kayaking trip this summer and summer is slipping away. In short, I'm very, very disappointed.
