Sea Eagle SE 370 Inflatable Kayaks and Canoe Reviews

The kayak is affordable, and easy to transport, inflate and store. However, I was disappointed by the lack of any response to my inquiry to customer service concerning the tear in the boat which my daughter and I discovered when we first removed it from its packing at the lake where we were going to use it. We were able to fix the tear with a patch kit, but it was difficult to cut the patch to the right size on site without scissors, making the patch of a never-used kayak look pretty rough. One of the inflatable seats never inflated properly, because the air bladder inside the seat was not installed properly.

I thought this would be great, but unfortunately Sea Eagle shipped my kayak to me without the necessary valves so I could blow it up and use it. I specifically purchased this to use at a campground where we were on the water. I had sent three emails since I couldn’t call them and never got a response back. That two week trip came and went. When I got home I then tried calling them. After the third call someone answered the phone. They did not return my prior Voice mails. So I have yet to try it. Once I do get to use it I will let you all know how it went. Not happy with the customer service

We have used it on several occasions, and it has worked great! Since I didn't want to purchase a pick-up truck to carry a regular kayak, this was a pleasant acquisition. Very good quality product!

Our 2 year old kayak had a defect in the seams; after two years gentle use, several were springing a leak within weeks. Manufacturing defects happen. But what doesn't always happen is the warranty being honored. These guys replaced the hull immediately, no questions asked, just a photo and Hull ID number. Thank you, and I am now looking at buying a second type of Sea Eagle.
